Data Confirmation - Summer Mailer Packet
Hello Colony High School Families,
The Summer Data Confirmation window is now open! This process of confirming your student(s) data, will need to be completed for each returning and/or newly enrolled student prior to orientation or schedule pick-up. To complete the Summer Data Confirmation, sign-in to your Aeries Parent Portal and follow the prompts to complete the process. The instructions below were also distributed through our Summer Mailer Packet.
Aeries Parent Portal - Sign-in
To sign-in to your Aeries Parent Portal, go to our Aeries Parent Portal login page, or download the Aeries Parent Portal app.
Password Reset
If you do not recall your password, click the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. Aeries will send a password reset.
If you do not receive an email from Aeries, check the spam folder, and if there is no email from Aeries in your Inbox or Spam folder, contact your school’s Guidance Office.
Select Correct School
Use the student drop-down menu at the top of the page to select your student and the school they are registered to attend next year. Please be sure this is not set to summer school.
Summer Data Confirmation Process
You will be prompted to complete each section of the Summer Data Confirmation. Once all sections are complete, you will receive a 'Thank you for completing the Summer Data Confirmation' message. This message indicates that the process has been successfully completed and your child's school will be notified. Be sure to complete this process for each of your returning and/or newly enrolled students. Switch students by using the student drop-down menu at the top of the page.
