Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Data Confirmation period for the 2026–2027 school year is now open, and we need 100% of our families to complete this step before your student can pick up their schedule.
This process is essential for:
- Compliance with the Williams Act and Free and Reduced Lunch Program guidelines.
- Ensuring we have the most up-to-date emergency contacts, medical history, and required authorizations for your student.
We will continue sending reminders daily until all families have completed Data Confirmation. If you have already submitted and received your final confirmation, please disregard this message.
How to Complete Data Confirmation
- Log into the Aeries Parent Portal:
https://cjuhsd.aeries.net/Student/LoginParent.aspx - Select the correct school: Colony High School
