Clubs

Are you interested in creating a club on campus? You need to first determine what type of club you would like to be. We will offer four different types of clubs for the 2022-2023 School Year.  

• Social Club - This club is designed to promote social interactions. There will be no account in the student store for fundraising, purchasing gear or outside events.  
• Fundraising Club – This club would promote social interactions and fundraising. They would be able to raise and spend money, purchase gear, and participate in anticipated ASB fundraisers.  
• Service Club – This club would be a nationally chartered club that would be responsible for paying dues to the organization. This club would also be authorized to donate funds if bylaws and constitution support the club mission. They would be able to raise and spend money, purchase gear, and participate in anticipated ASB fundraisers. 
• Academic Club – Academic clubs are clubs that require a student body account but have academic ties to the school. This club would be authorized to raise and donate funds if bylaws and constitution to support the mission of the club academically. They would be able to raise and spend money, purchase gear, and participate in anticipated ASB fundraisers. 

After you decide what type of clubs you will create, you will need to fill out the appropriate documents.  

1. Club Application with a current Colony Staff Member 
2. Club Officers and Members (Need three to start the club and can participate in club rush)  
3. Club Constitution Attached (Only applicable for Fundraising, Service or Academic Clubs) 
4. Club Budget Attached (Only applicable for Fundraising, Service or Academic Clubs)
